Role Description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced in visual design, brand systems, product design, UX workflows, creative operations, asset management, and structured design documentation processes. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on:

• Structured design workflow review
• Product and UX documentation
• Visual system assessment
• Creative asset review
• Design handoff
• High-quality project execution

Selected professionals will apply their design expertise to:

• Review realistic creative and product scenarios
• Evaluate design requirements
• Prepare structured written outputs
• Support accurate, evidence-based design workflow tasks

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in visual design, brand design, product design, UX design, creative operations, design production, agency work, product company design, or related creative roles
• Working fluency in at least two areas such as wireframing, prototyping, Figma, Sketch, visual design, brand systems, design systems, components, illustration, creative operations, or asset management
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, FigJam, Notion, Airtable, Asana, Monday, or similar design and creative workflow systems
• Comfort reading and preparing design artifacts such as specs, wireframes, prototypes, brand guidelines, creative briefs, asset libraries, production files, and design review notes
• Strong written communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Ability to follow structured instructions and produce evidence-based work

Requirements

• A degree or professional background in graphic design, product design, UX design, visual communication, human-computer interaction, media design, creative production, or a related field is helpful
• Equivalent practical experience in design, creative operations, brand systems, UX workflows, design production, or product documentation is also highly relevant
