[Hiring] Design Project Manager @60 Degrees

Role Description

Our client is a small, established UK brand strategy and design agency that helps clients create thoughtful, memorable brand experiences. They're looking for a Design Project Manager to support a key luxury hospitality account, ensuring creative projects move smoothly from brief to delivery while maintaining the high standards expected of luxury brands.

Working remotely from South Africa, you'll collaborate closely with a UK-based creative team and clients, helping bring structure, momentum and consistency to a wide range of creative projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage the creative workflow for a key client account, ensuring requests are prioritised, assigned and delivered efficiently.
• Assess and manage incoming design requests through a ticketing system.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs.
• Coordinate communication, approvals and feedback between stakeholders and designers.
• Review work against brand and technical guidelines prior to sign-off.
• Track project progress and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.
• Ensure deadlines, approvals and quality standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in design project management, studio coordination, traffic management or creative operations.
• Experience within a creative agency, branding consultancy or in-house creative team.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing creative workflows and ticketing systems.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with sufficient design understanding to assess quality and brand compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence engaging directly with clients, stakeholders and creative teams.
• Experience working with luxury, premium or experience-led brands is highly desirable, particularly within hospitality, food & beverage, leisure or retail.
• Appreciation for branding, design quality and customer experience.
• Ability to work independently within a remote environment.
• You are a South African citizen, based in South Africa, and able to work UK-aligned hours.

Your Reward
