Role Description

Lead and act as the principal Interaction/Visual Design expert for dedicated Design Pods on high-impact client projects.

• Establish and maintain the Design Direction for projects, ensuring all outputs align with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
• Conduct rigorous design quality reviews and quality assurance checks on all deliverables before client presentation.
• Ensure the seamless application of the end-to-end UX/UI and Human-Centred Design process across all project stages (from discovery to delivery).
• Champion and lead the adoption of AI across the Design lifecycle from Design Research to Concepting to Design Execution to User Testing and Value measurement.
• Lead, manage, and actively mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications

• 8 to 14 years of relevant work experience in the field of Experience Design and designing complex Digital Experiences.
• Demonstrable expertise in designing for diverse platforms, including Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), Conversational AI, and other emerging digital channels.
• Proven ability to deliver impactful solutions for clients across various industry verticals (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Tech).
• Deep proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful digital projects and your contribution to their strategic design direction.
