Role Description

An opportunity is available for an experienced Creative Video Production Specialist to join a dynamic business working within the advertising and creative content industry. This fully remote position is open to candidates based in South Africa who can align their working hours with Australian business operations. The successful candidate will play an important role in producing visually engaging advertising content by combining technical video editing expertise with creative storytelling.

Your primary responsibility will be leading the post production process and ensuring creative concepts are transformed into polished video content suitable for multiple platforms. The position requires someone who understands the complete video production process and can confidently manage editing, colour grading, audio mixing and final delivery. You will also contribute creative ideas during concept development and pre production discussions. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys working on varied creative projects and thrives in a fast moving advertising environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional video editing position.
• Previous experience within an advertising agency or video production environment is highly regarded.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with colour grading and audio mixing.
• Solid understanding of lighting techniques, audio capture and on location production.
• Strong creative storytelling skills and an excellent eye for composition, pacing and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.
• Confidence collaborating with creative professionals in a remote environment.
• Must be based in South Africa and able to work Australian business hours.
