[Hiring] Creative Producer & Editor @Scaling.com

Role Description

We're looking for a Creative Producer & Editor who can think through the strategy, the story, the hook, the teaching, the conversion goal, and the final execution — then shape the content so it actually lands. This is a broad creative production role across the Scaling.com content ecosystem.

• Editing VSLs, webinars, trainings, testimonial reels, social clips, ads, event reels, onboarding videos, and other production needs across Scaling.com.
• Helping build Blake's webinars, clips, ads, social content, and recorded events into a stronger education, trust-building, and conversion channel.
• Turning keynotes, podcasts, workshops, Q&As, interviews, and speaking footage into content that sells the ideas, teaches clearly, and builds authority.
• Treating every keynote, webinar, interview, testimonial, or training as a source for clips, ads, funnel assets, trainings, social posts, and campaign materials.
• Occasionally traveling to film social media content, events, interviews, keynotes, Scaler interactions, and other production needs connected to Scaling.com.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with taste, judgment, and ownership.
• Direct marketing experience.
• Instincts for hooks, story, pacing, teaching, conversion, social media, direct response, thought leadership, brand credibility, and emotional resonance.

Requirements

• Ability to find the best moments inside raw footage and shape them into clear, compelling content.
• Understanding the purpose of each asset before editing it.
• Collaborating with the broader creative team to turn big ideas and raw footage into finished assets.
• Using AI tools to move faster, stay organized, and improve creative workflows.
