Role Description

We are currently seeking a visionary and dynamic Creative Director to join our team and lead the creative efforts in elevating our brand presence, marketing initiatives, and communication strategies. This role is integral to shaping the visual identity and storytelling of Sierra Select Distributors, driving innovation in our marketing campaigns, digital content, and product presentations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex technical product aspects into compelling and engaging narratives.

• Lead the creative vision and strategy for all branding, marketing, and communication efforts.
• Manage and inspire a team of designers, content creators, and marketing professionals to produce innovative creative assets.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to develop creative solutions that effectively communicate product benefits and company values.
• Oversee the production of marketing campaigns, digital content, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Analyze market trends and competitor creative strategies to inform and adapt our own creative approach.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within technology or distribution sectors.
• Proven ability to develop compelling creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, digital content creation, and campaign development.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital marketing tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
