Role Description

Folx Health is looking for an experienced, highly creative, and multifaceted Creative Director to join our fast-growing team. We are passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health and we need an innovative Creative Director to help us achieve our mission.

The Creative Director will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of UX, UI, advertising, and editorial specialists to develop inspiring visuals, 360 marketing campaigns, and digital communications. To succeed in this role you should demonstrate excellent leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead a team of talented creatives to develop original and innovative concepts and designs
• Generate ideas to drive the Folx Health brand image in the marketplace
• Create informative and aesthetically pleasing graphics and visuals for digital platforms
• Work closely with product, content, and marketing teams to understand project needs and develop cohesive campaigns
• Oversee the ideation, design, production, and delivery of various media projects
• Manage resources and allocate them efficiently
• Track progress, document milestones, issue reports, and stay up to date on relevant trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, multimedia, fine arts, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience working in a creative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• (Advanced) working knowledge of Adobe applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and various video editing software
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
