[Hiring] Creative & Design Intern @Billion Loops

Role Description

We're looking for a Creative & Design Intern who is visually curious, culturally aware and excited by ideas. This isn't a role where you'll only resize social posts. You'll help us explore ideas, build visual systems, create content and turn concepts into work people notice.

You'll work closely with the founding team across brand, campaigns, content and digital experiences. You'll get exposure to real client work as well as Billion Loops' own brand — helping shape how the company looks, communicates and experiments.

What you'll do

• Develop social, campaign and presentation creatives.
• Turn strategic ideas into visual concepts.
• Support brand identity and visual-system development.
• Create layouts, graphics, presentations and digital assets.
• Explore typography, composition, imagery and motion.
• Assist with short-form content and creative production.
• Develop creative variations for different platforms and audiences.
• Research visual trends, internet culture and emerging creative formats.
• Experiment with AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Work with the growth team to create performance-oriented creative variations.
• Help maintain consistency across Billion Loops' visual language.
• Participate in creative reviews and iterate based on feedback.

Qualifications

• A strong visual eye and genuine interest in design.
• A portfolio that shows how you think, not just polished final outputs.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent.
• Strong sense of typography, layout and composition.
• Curiosity about brands, advertising, culture, technology and the internet.
• Willingness to experiment and try unconventional approaches.
• Ability to take feedback and improve work quickly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Motion design or video-editing skills.
• Experience creating social content.
• Illustration or visual storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with AI image/video/creative tools.
• Experience with Webflow, Framer or other digital design tools.
• Photography or art-direction experience.
