[Hiring] Conversion Funnel Designer @Primal Storm

Role Description

We’re looking for a Performance Funnel Designer to help us scale to $5M/month by December.

• Design conversion-focused landing pages and funnels in Figma.
• Turn provided copy and structure into clear, compelling page designs.
• Create strong visual hierarchy, user flow, CTA placement, and mobile-first layouts.
• Deliver 2–3 pages plus revisions per week.
• Submit first drafts within 24–48 hours and revisions within 24 hours.
• Study winning DTC funnels and apply proven patterns.
• Use feedback and performance data to improve future designs.
• Proactively suggest CRO and UX improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Figma and funnel design experience.
• Skilled in UX, visual hierarchy, CTAs, and mobile-first design.
• Uses winning funnels and performance data to improve designs.
• Fast, independent, responsive, and open to feedback.
• Conversion over aesthetics. Ideas backed by performance.

Requirements

• Designers focused only on branding or aesthetics, without strong funnel or landing-page work are not a fit.
• Designers with weak direct-response or conversion understanding are not a fit.
• Slow or reactive designers who need constant direction or cannot deliver 2–3 pages plus revisions per week are not a fit.

Benefits
