Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Conversion Designer to create high-converting landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing assets that drive user engagement and sales. You will work closely with the marketing and growth teams to design visually compelling and conversion-optimized materials based on data-driven insights.

Design and optimize landing pages, ads, and other digital assets for maximum conversions.
Use A/B testing and analytics to refine designs and improve performance.
Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and developers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and conversion rate optimization techniques.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of proven experience in conversion-focused design or similar roles.
Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, ads, and digital marketing creatives.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and CRO strategies.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
