Immediate need for a talented Conversational AI Designer w/d Chatbot. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus, OH (Remote).

Qualifications

• Chatbot Design/Development
• Prompt Engineer
• UX Designing & IVR
• Solid traditional UX background
• Experienced building Chatbots
• Ability to draft initial conversational flows (write) before Strategist review

• Leading Insurance Industry experience
