Role Description
This role involves working closely with the Head of Communication Design to enhance the company's Webflow setup and ensure a smooth user experience across devices.
- Audit the Webflow setup and refine the workflow.
- Design long-form projects, such as landing pages for new initiatives and products.
- Update existing pages, refreshing both content and Webflow templates.
- Design blog posts with varying levels of customization.
- Handle social media tasks, including preparing posts for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Design creatives for paid ads and visuals for the customer success team.
- Devote time to work on “design debt” to keep the design uncluttered.
Qualifications
- Experience with Figma and Webflow.
- Familiarity with at least one motion tool (After Effects, Rive, Lottie, Spline, or similar).
- Technical design focus with a solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Strong typography skills with a well-structured design portfolio.
- Basic animation proficiency for creating simple animations.
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects.
- Self-organization skills to manage tasks and deadlines independently.
- Attention to detail with a touch of perfectionism.
- Ability to deliver quickly with straightforward MVP solutions.
Requirements
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of how the web works.
- Experience in building properly in Webflow.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks without micromanagement.
- Experience in handling feedback constructively.
