Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and visually minded Brand Intern with a good creative eye, an interest in branding and design and a willingness to learn. This hands-on opportunity will support a wide variety of projects and provide practical experience across brand identity, creative development, digital asset management, property branding and brand governance, working with internal teams and external suppliers across different markets.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently completed a course in graphic design, marketing, branding, communications or another relevant creative subject.
• Some knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, ideally Adobe InDesign.
• Comfortable using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Create and adapt simple branded materials using existing Yugo brand guidelines and templates.
• Support the development and organisation of brand assets, imagery and templates, taking ownership of content within Papirfly, our brand platform and digital asset library.
• Support brand reviews and check materials for consistency with our guidelines.
• Assist with signage, property branding and other physical brand projects.
• Support with day-to-day brand requests from global teams across the business.
• Lead updates to brand materials, including brand guidelines, to align with the refreshed brand approach.
• Lead the creation of brand videos for global onboarding.
• Provide general creative and administrative support across Brand projects.

• Creative judgement: Strong visual eye, with an interest in design and branding and an understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
• AI capability: Strong understanding of AI and how to use it to create videos, presentations and content.
• Organisation and flexibility: Able to manage several tasks at once and work flexibly across different time zones.
• Attention to detail and brand thinking: Accurate, alert to inconsistencies and able to follow established guidelines while bringing creative ideas.
• Collaboration: Enjoys working with others and is keen to learn.
