Role Description

We are looking for an Associate Manager - Design to design and develop engaging, learner-centric, and outcome-driven learning experiences across digital, blended, and instructor-led formats. The role will focus on instructional design, content development, storyboarding, digital learning solutions, and collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions, including learning objectives, curriculum mapping, storyboards, content, activities, assessments, and learner resources.
• Create engaging digital, e-learning, blended, and instructor-led content using instructional design principles and learning frameworks.
• Work closely with SMEs, faculty, instructional designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content.
• Develop and review content using Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, and other digital learning tools, ensuring quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Manage assigned design projects, timelines, reviews, and stakeholder feedback to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Use learner feedback, assessments, and basic learning analytics to continuously improve content effectiveness and learner engagement.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in instructional design, content development, digital learning, L&D, EdTech, or education.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, curriculum development, e-learning, blended learning, and adult learning.
• Hands-on experience in storyboarding and content development using tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs, faculty, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop learning solutions.
• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging, structured, and outcome-focused learning content.
• Good project management, communication, presentation, review, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to LMS/LXP platforms, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, gamification, and emerging learning technologies is preferred.
