Role Description

We’re looking for a passionate Associate Digital Designer who loves to translate cool ideas into innovative campaigns and state of the art digital solutions to join our International Marketing team. You’ll help bring ideas to life through creative campaigns and digital-first assets across our growing global markets. This is a great opportunity for someone excited to work in an international setting, gain hands-on experience, and grow as a designer.

The ideal candidate is a strong visual thinker with a keen eye for layout, color, and typography. You’re curious, proactive, and open to feedback—someone who loves learning, enjoys working on a variety of projects, and isn’t afraid to dive in. Being organized, responsive, and having a “let’s make it work” mindset will help you thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our internationally-based team of marketing managers and channel owners in the creation of digital advertising assets, digital and brand marketing campaigns.
• Enable concept development and execute solutions where digital elements, core product, and social sphere all work well together.
• Edit/maintain existing assets into static, video, and other emerging formats.
• Conceptualize and create compelling digital assets including static graphics, animated gifs for digital ads, brand & marketing campaign landing pages, and video creatives.
• Work on impactful campaigns, collaborate across markets, and explore new formats—including using AI tools to speed up the creative process.
• Contribute to the design direction of any projects in an upbeat and results-oriented work culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years digital design experience from an agency or in-house setting. Experience at consumer tech/international companies preferred.
• Strong portfolio and/or web links, showing your ability across digital projects.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in motion graphics/animation and video editing.
• Strong visual design skills in typography, color, layout, and brand identity.
• Ability to create polished marketing visuals across channels with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure delivered assets adhere to requested technical specs and needed timelines.
• Collaborative: Works well with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to successfully work on multiple projects at once.
• Ability to work against timelines in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment.
• Love of the internet, digital design and testing, learning, iterating.
• Curious about new tools, trends, and data-led design.
• Passion for branding.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluency in English at a native proficiency.

Bonus

• Experience using AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT) to accelerate creative workflow.
