[Hiring] Associate Creative Director, Art @Movement Strategy

Role Description

Movement Strategy is looking for an Associate Creative Director to oversee our Fashion BU. You will report to the Group Creative Director and work closely with other Creative Team members as well as cross-functionally with Integrated Client Leadership and Strategy.

• Serve as the central creative authority for your client portfolio.
• Partner closely with the Pod Lead, cross-functional discipline leads, and your Group Creative Director to drive creative excellence.
• Maintain the creative vision across all workstreams, aligning creative output with client and business goals.
• Ensure consistency with agency-wide creative standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in creative roles within the advertising industry.
• Portfolio showcasing award-winning conceptual thinking and execution.
• Ability to understand the social behind a brand and meme culture.
• Keen eye for design, with the ability to build design systems.
• Experience in Beauty, Fashion, Home Goods and/or CPG sectors.
• Curious, growth-oriented leader passionate about embracing new technology.
• Strong content design skills including digital, motion, and video.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and cloud-based design tools.
• Strong knowledge of emerging social platforms and creative nuances per platform.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in advertising, marketing, or a related field.

• Showcases a track record of leadership in pitch processes.
• Participate in Pod-level planning, scoping, and workflow management.
