Role Description

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Arts, Media & Design Experts with strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, presentation reconstruction, visual storytelling, data visualisation, content editing, and executive-level communication to contribute to an advanced AI training and presentation-evaluation project. Selected professionals will reconstruct business-focused slides from reference images, improve presentation clarity and visual quality, preserve factual and domain-specific content, and document the reasoning behind design and editorial decisions. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

• PowerPoint Slide Reconstruction
  • Reconstruct business-oriented slides from reference images using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Accurately reproduce text, charts, visual elements, layouts, and supporting content
  • Maintain professional formatting, alignment, hierarchy, and visual consistency
  • Preserve relevant terminology, caveats, definitions, and contextual details
  • Ensure reconstructed slides remain faithful to the original source while meeting professional standards
• Presentation Design & Visual Storytelling
  • Improve slide clarity, visual hierarchy, narrative flow, and overall presentation quality
  • Apply strong design principles to executive-level and client-facing materials
  • Strengthen visual storytelling across editorial, audience, production, and creative-review content
  • Refine layouts, typography, spacing, and information structure where appropriate
  • Balance aesthetic improvement with the original communication objective
• Data Visualisation & Content Editing
  • Improve charts, tables, and other visual representations of business information
  • Evaluate whether visualisations communicate data accurately and efficiently
  • Edit slide content for clarity, concision, and message hierarchy
  • Preserve factual accuracy and domain-specific meaning during revisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve comprehension without distorting the underlying information
• Design Review & Decision Rationale
  • Evaluate both strong and weak elements within existing presentation materials
  • Identify design or editorial choices that should be improved, retained, or refined
  • Produce a detailed written log explaining significant modifications
  • Document intentional decisions to preserve existing elements and the rationale behind them
  • Apply critical thinking when assessing alternative presentation approaches
• Quality, Delivery & AI Evaluation
  • Review completed slides for accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation quality
  • Apply strong attention to detail across content, design, and visual communication
  • Complete individual slide assignments within approximately 1–2 hours
  • Participate in flexible, sprint-based project cycles as required
  • Contribute expert presentation-design judgement to AI training and evaluation workflows

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience in media, publishing, entertainment, design, or a related field
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and its layout, formatting, and design features
• Proven experience creating or improving executive-level or client-facing presentations
• Strong presentation-reconstruction and slide-design skills
• Experience with sophisticated data visualisation and narrative structure
• Strong visual storytelling, content-editing, and message-hierarchy skills
• Excellent attention to detail and critical-thinking ability
• Ability to provide clear, well-reasoned explanations for design and editorial decisions
• Strong understanding of factual accuracy and context-sensitive editing
• Familiarity with domain-specific terminology across arts, media, or design environments
• Strong written communication skills
• Prior experience with AI training data, model evaluation, or rubric development is advantageous but not required

Engagement Details

• Independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
• Compensation: $150–$350/hour
• Individual slide assignments are expected to take approximately 1–2 hours
• Work will involve PowerPoint slide reconstruction, presentation design, data visualisation, content editing, visual storytelling, and written design rationale
• Assignments may include editorial strategies, audience analyses, production plans, creative reviews, and other business-focused presentation materials
• Work may be organised through flexible, sprint-based project cycles
• Strong presentation-design judgement, factual accuracy, and attention to detail are central to this engagement
• Project scope, workload, presentation topics, and evaluation standards may evolve depending on project requirements
• Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
