[Hiring] Art Director / Senior Brand Designer @L-Nutra

Role Description

As we expand across DTC, healthcare, managed care, and global partnerships, our brand must evolve from a collection of strong assets into a cohesive, scalable system. This role helps define how healthspan and longevity looks, feels, and shows up in the world. You will help shape the visual language of a company at the intersection of science, health, and human potential.

Reporting to the Director of Brand and Creative, you will help bring our brand vision to life across channels while contributing to the evolution and scalability of our visual identity. This is a multidisciplinary Art Director / Senior Brand Designer. A systems thinker with art direction experience and hands-on designer craft.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in brand design
• Experience in-house and/or at a design/brand/advertising agency (at least one required)
• Strong portfolio across digital, campaign, and brand work
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
• Experience leveraging AI tools to scale creative production
• Deep understanding of typography, color, layout, and brand systems
• Ability to translate strategy into compelling visual storytelling
• Experience preparing files for print and digital production
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with pixel-level execution

• Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 base pay. Benefits + Bonus + Equity. Final compensation commensurate with experience and the opportunity to grow alongside a mission-driven organization.
