[Hiring] Amazon Graphics Specialist @Sitruna Consulting

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in the Philippines. The successful candidate will work a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday on a semi-flexible schedule, consisting of 4 core hours aligned with the UK morning (9AM to 1PM GMT) and 4 flexible hours to complete your 8-hour workday.

As an Amazon Graphics Specialist, you will:

• Work with our teammates in the UK and Vietnam and directly with international clients to troubleshoot graphic-related issues.
• Edit images and create Amazon content (infographics, A+ Content, Brand Story, Storefronts, videos), motion graphics or GIFs for modules.
• Be responsible for the A to Z of Amazon content creation, including concept creation and replication projects.
• Communicate confidently and directly with clients to deliver great content.
• Bring an innovative and inquisitive approach to resolving issues and staying on top of any new developments.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in graphic design for Amazon content.
• Expertise not just in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) but also Figma and Canva.
• Proven success in a client-facing role.
• Proactive, analytical, organised and a great communicator.
• A team player who will enjoy helping brands grow.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.
• Has their own personal computer/laptop and reliable Internet connection.
