Role Description

We are looking for an AI-Native Creative to join our Global Marketing team. This role combines strong design, video, and visual storytelling skills with hands-on expertise in AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate uses AI as an integral part of their daily creative workflow and can transform marketing briefs and campaign concepts into high-quality visual, video, audio, and digital content.

• Create high-quality visual, video, audio, and digital content using AI-powered creative tools.
• Generate and refine imagery using platforms such as OpenArt, Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar tools.
• Produce AI-generated voiceovers and audio content using ElevenLabs or equivalent platforms.
• Design and edit marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other generative AI tools for creative ideation, scripting, and content development.
• Translate campaign briefs and marketing concepts into polished creative assets, from concept through final execution.
• Maintain brand consistency and high creative standards across all outputs.
• Explore and implement new AI tools and workflows to improve creative quality, speed, and efficiency.
• Manage multiple creative projects independently in a remote working environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital creative, video production, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant creative work is required as part of the application.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital design and video, including work created using AI-powered tools.
• Proven hands-on experience using AI creative tools as part of a regular professional workflow.
• Experience with AI image-generation and voice-generation platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Good working knowledge of Canva.
• Strong creative thinking, visual judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D design – an advantage.
• Experience in a B2B, technology, or global marketing environment – an advantage.
