Role Description

We're looking for an AI Creative Specialist who genuinely loves creating, experimenting, learning new technologies, and producing work that people remember.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, storytelling, AI, marketing, education, product design, and innovation.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work across multiple digital formats.
• Professional experience in graphic design, digital marketing creative, multimedia production, or related creative disciplines.
• Excellent proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects).
• Experience creating content for websites, landing pages, social media, presentations, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, Canva AI, Figma AI, Gamma, ElevenLabs, Descript, or similar platforms.
• A mindset that enjoys learning and experimenting with new technology.

Benefits

• Employment Type: Independent Contractor
• Location: Remote (Global)
• Monthly Compensation: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on experience, creative capability, AI proficiency, portfolio quality, and overall fit.
• Performance Incentives: Additional USD per month based on KPIs, quality, speed, initiative, innovation, and overall contribution.
• Compensation reviews available following successful completion of the probationary period based on sustained performance and contribution.
