Role Description

The Advanced Designer reports to the Senior Director, Design Services. This opportunity is remote, however candidate must be located in one of these cities/areas: Houston TX, Lewisville, TX, Albany, GA, Knoxville, TN, Winston-Salem, NC, or Tampa, FL. Full-Time. Must be expert level in Revit and have experience with AutoQuotes.

As an Advanced Designer in the construction and foodservice industry, your role signifies a pivotal position within our team. Building upon your senior experiences as a Senior Designer, you now assume an advanced leadership role in driving the success of our commercial kitchen design projects. Your profound expertise and contributions to the creation of draft layouts, production drawings, and presentation materials, coupled with your extensive experience in client engagement, represent invaluable assets that directly influence our team's growth and the outcomes of our projects.

Qualifications

• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience, reflecting your unwavering commitment and profound expertise in the field, or equivalent Military or practical experience.
• Proficiency in advanced computer skills, including software such as Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM360, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, AutoCAD, AutoQuotes, KCL, Skype, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Prior experience in the foodservice industry is preferred.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
