Role Description

Qualifications

• Solid Figma skills not just design, but precision in layer naming, component structure, and file hygiene (automation depends on it)
• Experience producing social media ads, ideally in a performance marketing or agency context
• Comfortable working from a brief that isn't always perfectly specified; able to ask the right questions and move forward
• Fast and organized; able to manage multiple active projects without things falling through the cracks
• An eye for detail on typography and spacing, especially when adapting layouts for different brand constraints
• Motion-capable from day one; comfortable producing simple animated statics and short-form motion treatments for Reels and feed

Requirements

• Type: Hourly contract
• Hours: ~15–25 hrs/week (variable)
• Rate: $50–70/hr depending on motion proficiency and experience
• Location: Remote
