Role Description
As a Senior Designer at Sunco, you will work on a wide range of design projects, from marketplace assets to advertising campaigns to product renderings. While motion graphics are a part of the role, our primary requirement as far as advanced skillsets will be on 3D rendering (product and environment) and graphic design. Youβll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and marketplace operations, to bring Suncoβs vision to life.

Lead and create visually compelling graphic design assets for digital and print media, including advertisements, banners, email templates, social media posts, and more.

Design and produce high-quality 3D renders for product visualizations, marketing materials, and e-commerce marketplaces.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create cohesive visual narratives for campaigns, websites, and product launches.

Use your motion graphics skills to enhance projects, such as web banners, social media ads, and short animations (motion graphics experience is a plus but not the primary focus).

Maintain consistent visual design standards that reflect the Sunco brand identity across all touchpoints.

Provide creative direction and design leadership within the team, offering feedback and mentoring to junior designers and team members.

Ensure that design work is delivered on time and meets the highest quality standards.

Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and techniques to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a design role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and 3D rendering.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and 3D modeling/rendering tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar (expertise in Keyshot required).

Solid experience in producing 3D renderings, including product visualization, environmental design, and realistic texturing.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

Motion graphics experience is a plus, especially for short animations and digital assets, though not a primary requirement.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects with varying timelines.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
