Role Description

• Develop designing event spaces, master plan, stages, exhibition booths, and temporary structures
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, 3D visuals, and understand technical details
• Support concept development in line with branding, themes, and client requirements
• Coordinate with production teams, fabricators, lighting, AV, and graphics suppliers
• Update drawings and visuals based on client feedback and site constraints

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Additional interior experience is a plus
• Worked in event, exhibition design previously
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp; and Lumion
• Able to assist in the fly through
• Basic understanding of construction methods for temporary structures

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt designs quickly based on client or site changes
• Willingness to participate in on-site work when needed
