Role Description

Havas SAS is seeking a talented and creative 3D Artist to join our innovative team. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, modeling, texturing, and rendering high-quality 3D assets for a variety of projects, including advertising campaigns, digital experiences, and interactive content.

• Develop and execute 3D models, environments, characters, and props based on creative briefs and art direction.
• Apply high-quality textures, materials, and lighting to 3D assets to achieve desired visual styles.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and other team members to ensure visual consistency and artistic integrity across projects.
• Optimize 3D assets for various platforms and performance requirements, including real-time rendering and web-based applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in 3D art and design.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project visuals.
• Manage and organize 3D asset libraries, ensuring efficient workflow and version control.
• Provide technical support and guidance related to 3D art production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Strong understanding of PBR workflows and shader creation.
• Experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Octane, Redshift, or Arnold.
• Solid understanding of lighting principles, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in 3D Animation, Digital Art, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
