Role Description

Arrowwood Heart is seeking a talented 3D Animator to join our creative team in Minneapolis, MN, in a full-time, fully remote capacity. As a 3D Animator at Arrowwood Heart, you will:

• Create dynamic product visualizations, promotional animations, and immersive retail content that elevate our online presence and enhance the customer shopping journey.
• Work alongside a supportive team of designers and marketers to contribute to projects that directly influence brand perception and business growth.
• Build a strong portfolio while working remotely with a collaborative, forward-thinking retail organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Digital Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of animation principles including timing, spacing, weight, and anticipation.
• Basic experience with 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting techniques.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative 3D animation work.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with rendering engines such as Arnold, V-Ray, or Eevee is preferred.
• Experience with product visualization or retail-related animation is a nice-to-have.

Requirements

• Iterate on animation work based on feedback from cross-functional team members.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay informed about the latest 3D animation trends and retail industry best practices.
• Assist in building and maintaining a library of reusable 3D assets for future projects.
