[Hiring] Workday HCM Business Intelligence Analyst @Vanderbilt University Medical Center

Role Description

Develops and maintains Advanced, Matrix and Composite Workday report and dashboard solutions under occasional guidance. Proficient in utilizing Workday tools to satisfy end user data needs. Performs Data Analysis functions. Implements small projects or components of large projects. Ability to solve medium to complex problems.

(Note: This role is available for remote work from most US locations)

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains Advanced, Matrix and Composite Workday report and dashboard solutions, including requirements definition, data analysis, testing and appropriate user access.
• Collaborates with other team members, other teams internal and external to Human Resources and business users to identify and develop solutions.
• Ensures effective utilization of new Workday features released bi-annually.
• Ensures appropriate documentation for all development and modifications.
• Ensures integrity and security of all enterprise data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree - Required
• 2+ years of experience with Advanced, Matrix and Composite Workday report and dashboard solutions
• Familiarity and expertise with Workday Security as it relates to reporting and dashboards - Preferred
• Workday PRISM experience - a Plus
• Workday Pro Certification - a Plus
• Workday HCM Business Process Configuration Experience - a Plus
• Workday Extend Experience - a Plus

Requirements

• Data Analysis (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate data analysis in practical data analysis applications of moderate difficulty.
• Business Intelligence Tools (Novice): Has successfully used the tool in situations of medium complexity.
• Business Requirements Definition (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate knowledge of Business Requirements Definition in practical applications of moderate difficulty.
• Data Mining (Novice): Has demonstrated an understanding of analysis methods, design concepts, data organization, business models, capabilities and limitations.
