Role Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. This role is focused on helping Canva prove and improve the impact of marketing, by:

Developing innovative marketing measurement frameworks, including attribution methodologies, marketing mix modelling (MMM), and incrementality testing, to assess the impact of our marketing investment across diverse regions.
Closely collaborating with senior leadership to translate modelling and experimentation outputs into clear and actionable insights that drive both short and long-term decision-making.
Coordinating with collaborators across Canva to shape analysis and recommendations, identifying opportunities and proactively rallying people around the solutions.
Serving as a thought leader and mentor in Marketing Measurement at Canva, aligning teams around key insights and acting as a driver of data literacy and best practices.

Qualifications

Communication is your superpower; you love asking the right questions to understand a problem and can influence stakeholders through data-driven story-telling.
Deep knowledge of marketing measurement, including attribution, MMM, incrementality testing, and assessing marketing efficiency.
Capable of shifting seamlessly between overarching goals and detailed execution.
Proven record of solving ambiguous problems and proactively uncovering hidden opportunities that drive business impact.
Ability to own projects end-to-end with autonomy - from discovery, delivery to communication.
Competency with SQL and building data pipelines; experience with Snowflake and dBT is a plus!
Ability to wrangle and analyse data using Python or R.
Experience in working with international teams and understanding the nuances of collaborating across cultures and markets.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a track record of owning high-impact projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.
