Role Description
You will execute integrated transportation finance solutions for customer’s transportation general ledger (GL) cost allocation and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.
- Support the Solutions Design Lead with systems integration efforts for new customer implementations
- Gather customer requirements and liaise with Infios development where applicable
- Engineer, test, and execute final solutions
- Deliver weekly customer financial reporting and month-end/accrual financial reporting to customers
- Collaborate with Client Services, Freight Audit, Parcel Audit, Carrier Services, and Proactive Analytics teams to deliver client solutions
- Drive continuous improvement of proprietary business tools through collaboration with Infios development team
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all clients, acting as a point of contact for client questions and requests
- Provide appropriate and timely responses to client inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance/Accounting or related field
- 1-3 years of industry experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to adapt and excel in a frequently changing business environment
- Ability to work with large amounts of data using MS Excel, MS Access, or SQL-based tools

Salary
Salary range: 55,000 to 60,000. This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during the interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials, and internal pay parity.
