Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across our B2C products. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and strategic thinker with deep expertise in customer behavior analysis, experimentation, and growth analytics—ideally within financial services or another regulated industry.
- Own product analytics end-to-end, from defining KPIs to delivering actionable insights that shape product and business strategies.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior, funnel performance, conversion drivers, and feature adoption.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize product experiences and business outcomes.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments, ensuring statistical rigor and clear impact assessment.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to define tracking requirements, ensuring robust event instrumentation and data accuracy.
- Build and automate dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics tools for stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer experience, and operations teams to provide holistic insights on customer journeys.
- Champion data best practices, experimentation culture, and continuous learning within the organization.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the scalability of the analytics function.
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Strong background in B2C digital products, ideally within financial services, fintech, or other data-rich, regulated industries.
- Expert in SQL (ability to write complex queries efficiently).
- Proficient with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, internal frameworks).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, causal inference, and experiment design.
- Experience with customer segmentation, retention modeling, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence product and business strategy using data.
- Familiarity with big data tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and Python or R is a plus.
