[Hiring] Senior Market Research Analyst @Konovo

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Market Research Analyst to own high-quality project execution that keeps our life sciences and healthcare clients growing. This is a chance to shape how a fast-growing, product-led company runs research, not just execute someone else’s process.

• Program and field research using Konovo’s proprietary technology to reach the right client audiences.
• Own daily data collection and quality review across 10–20+ surveys a month, or roughly 8–10 active projects a week.
• Partner with our Global Sample Fulfillment team to complete fieldwork across U.S. and international markets, managing sample quota goals.
• Turn raw data into comprehensive, client-ready research reports for large-scale and global pharmaceutical clients, with findings and recommendations that actually get used.
• Act as a trusted research partner to clients, translating complex ideas into clear, decision-ready deliverables.
• Keep research compliant: complete required adverse event (AE) training, monitor for AEs, and report them to pharmacovigilance on strict internal and manufacturer timelines.
• Keep our internal project management portal current and accurate for all live projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in market research, insights, analytics, or a related research role (healthcare/life sciences exposure strongly preferred).
• Strong quantitative analysis skills: comfortable designing and writing quantitative surveys, analyzing data, and drawing out actionable trends, with strong command of Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for client-ready reporting.
• Direct experience with survey programming tools (Confirmit, Decipher/Forsta, SurveyMonkey, or similar).
• Sharp attention to detail across research design, logistics, and project management, with a proactive, independent problem-solving style.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the polish to represent Konovo directly to global pharma clients.
• Curiosity to dig into client business questions across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Adaptable under tight timelines, able to juggle multiple complex projects at once.
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, market research, health sciences/public health, or equivalent experience.
• Available to work U.S. East Coast hours (EST).
• Comfortable leveraging, and helping to inform the development of AI-enabled tools to transform workflows, improve response quality and timeliness, and deliver growth at scale without compromising data integrity or customer experience.
