Role Description

• Create trusted measures.
• Define grain, denominators, cohorts, attribution windows, refresh expectations, and ownership; keep early signals separate from mature financial and loss outcomes.
• Measure impact credibly.
• Establish baselines and use appropriate comparison groups, experiments, or causal methods so contact and correlation are not presented as incremental lift.
• Make uncertainty visible.
• Surface missing, stale, contradictory, or biased evidence; document assumptions and limitations before results are used to prioritize work or evaluate performance.
• Lead a business-facing analytics team.
• Set clear ownership, coach analytical and communication skills, establish peer review, and develop analysts who can move from ambiguous questions to adopted products.
• Make insight actionable.
• Ensure priority outputs identify the evidence, responsible owner, next action, due date, and outcome-capture method rather than ending with a dashboard.
• Partner on the data contract.
• Work with Data Engineering on source quality, curated datasets, semantic models, and service expectations, while Analytics owns metric logic, interpretation, and analytical acceptance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Python and mathematical modeling required.

Requirements

• Annual Salary: $146,575.00 - $229,600.00
