Role Description

Doubtless, formerly known as Independence Pet Holdings (IPH) is undertaking a multi-year enterprise transformation to modernize its technology and data ecosystem and establish scalable, data-driven capabilities across its operating companies globally.

The Program Manager – Data & Analytics is responsible for leading execution and coordinated delivery of strategic enterprise data and analytics initiatives across IPH’s evolving data platform landscape, including:

• Cloud data platforms
• Reporting and analytics modernization
• Data integrations
• Governance enablement
• AI-driven capabilities

This role requires strong execution discipline, organizational leadership, and delivery management capabilities within complex enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will lead integrated planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution governance in support of IPH’s broader enterprise transformation initiatives and data modernization strategy.

Focus Areas

• Data Platform Delivery: Lead and coordinate delivery activities across enterprise data platform, analytics, reporting, integration, and AI enablement initiatives.
• Transformation Enablement: Drive modernization of enterprise data capabilities, governance processes, analytics platforms, and operational reporting practices.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with business, data, architecture, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
• Execution Governance: Drive visibility into delivery status, risks, dependencies, milestones, financials, and operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery activities across enterprise data and analytics initiatives.
• Drive integrated planning and execution coordination with business program managers and engineering teams.
• Lead Agile / SAFe delivery routines, including planning sessions and execution tracking activities.
• Lead integrated roadmap coordination across various workstreams.
• Drive visibility and accountability for program milestones, dependencies, risks, and financials.
• Lead coordination with vendors and third-party delivery partners.
• Build and maintain executive-ready delivery dashboards and status reporting.
• Partner with various teams to ensure aligned and predictable delivery outcomes.
• Lead operational readiness, release coordination, and deployment planning activities.
• Ensure delivery activities align with TPDO governance standards.
• Collaborate closely with business and Data leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery governance and operational cadence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology program or project management experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, analytics modernization, or AI enablement initiatives preferred.
• Familiarity with data engineering, reporting, analytics, governance, or enterprise data platform concepts.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake preferred.
• Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives within regulated industries preferred.
• Experience working within Agile / SAFe delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery governance and dependency management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.

Compensation

• Chicago/Boston Base pay range: $123,774 – $154,718 per year
• NYC Base pay range: $135,026 - $168,784 per year
• Miami Base pay range: $118,148 - $147,686
• Nationwide Base pay range: $112,522 - 140,653 per year
