[Hiring] Senior Inhouse Consultant Data & Analytics @master-TMS

Role Description

As Senior Inhouse Consultant Data & Analytics (SAP) you will be a part of the IT Business Services Team (ITBS). This role can be performed fully remotely within Poland.

• Take ownership of the stable operation and continuous enhancement of the Data & Analytics system landscape, with a focus on SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere.
• Manage the development pipeline for SAP Business Data Cloud requirements.
• Drive the development and implementation of the Data & Analytics and BI strategy (including reporting and frontend tools).
• Ensure system availability, performance, and data quality.
• Design, operate and optimize data architecture, data models, and reporting structures.
• Manage and oversee external service providers in day-to-day operations.
• Advise business departments on the use and evolution of reporting and analytics solutions.
• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to develop tailored, innovative data solutions.
• Establish, foster and further develop standards, governance frameworks, and best practices in the SAP BDC environment.
• Identify and implement innovations and new technologies within the SAP Analytics ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in operating and enhancing SAP Analytics solutions, especially SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and reporting, as well as ETL and ELT processes.
• Experience in defining and implementing BI strategies and governance models.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, self-driven working style.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify issues and root causes, evaluate options, and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
• Strong user orientation, with a focus on understanding user needs and ensuring applications meet their expectations.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English to effectively communicate with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• The salary for this position ranges from PLN 25,000 to PLN 27,000 gross per month under an employment contract (UoP), depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role.
• Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer.
• The compensation package consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus, which is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation.
• The candidate should have an EU work permit; we do not offer visa for this position.
