[Hiring] Senior GCO Operations Analyst @Dayforce

Role Description

As a Lead GCO Operations Analyst, you will serve as a senior analytical resource and project lead across multiple GCO domains under direction of business leadership. You’ll design frameworks for data reporting, lead major analytical initiatives or process improvement programs, and partner with senior business stakeholders to shape strategic decisions. This role blends deep technical skill with business acumen to translate operational data into meaningful recommendations and scalable solutions. This role is fully remote and follows Eastern timezone.

• Contribute to large-scale analytical and process improvement projects across the GCO organization.
• Develop and maintain advanced forecasting and capacity models that support GCO business planning.
• Own executive-level dashboards, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of key performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations and insights that drive efficiency, productivity, and customer experience improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact operational opportunities.
• Ensure consistency and best practices in data modeling, visualization, and reporting across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative modeling skills with proven ability to synthesize complex data.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions at senior levels.
• Advanced Power BI, SQL, and Excel capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect analytics to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership audiences.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, operations, or business strategy.
• Experience supporting cross-functional global operations preferred.
