[Hiring] Senior Data Warehouse Production Support Lead @Georgia IT

Role Description

Must have 8+ years of experience in DW Production Support.

• Should be good in Azure, Databricks, AND SQL; having Informatica knowledge will be an advantage.
• Should have experience in leading production support for multiple DW applications both on-prem and cloud.
• Managing teams spread across various regions.
• Can be from any domain but preferred from Tax/Audit/Advisory experience, not a must.
• Drive customer satisfaction across incidents and projects.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly governance structure with team members and customers and ensure that periodic account reviews are conducted, and critical issues are reported and addressed.
• Manage demand forecasting and report demand fulfillment against the forecasted demand.
• Mentor, train, and supervise staff.
• Participate in Continuous Improvements Initiatives.
• Monitor and control delivery of a committed set of SLAs and Key Measures for a portfolio of customer applications cutting across various customer business lines.
• Must have knowledge of Service Now, Jira.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DW Production Support.
• Experience in Azure, Databricks, AND SQL.
• Knowledge of Informatica is an advantage.
