Role Description

Entegral is seeking a motivated, adaptable, career-minded teammate who would like to utilize their skill set in a thriving agile-methodology environment. The Data Analyst Sr. for Entegral plays a key role in analyzing, evaluating and optimizing our financial and operational performance. Operating at the intersection of finance and data, you will:

• Build automated reporting systems
• Create predictive analysis tools
• Design financial calculators
• Partner with departments across Entegral to help shape operational and pricing strategies
• Provide data-backed insights

This role is ideal for a data-driven analytical thinker who thrives on translating complex datasets into actionable strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must permanently reside in one of the following states: AZ, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, PA, TX, VA, WA or WI
• Must be minimum 18 years of age
• Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, Data Science or equivalent preferred)
• 5+ years of professional work experience in data analytics including:
• Extracting, cleaning and analyzing complex datasets to drive actionable business strategies
• Writing SQL queries and managing data pipelines
• Transforming raw data and analytics into strategic business recommendations
• Building intuitive metric dashboards and automated reports (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
• Professional work experience with cloud data warehouses (i.e. Big Query, Snowflake or similar)
• Intermediate level proficiency or higher in Excel

Requirements

• Must be able to travel and attend in-person meetings, training, and business events at company offices and other U.S. locations, including Madison, WI and St. Louis, MO, up to 1-2 times per year as required
• For remote or full remote work-from-home positions, reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated professional workspace, and a functioning webcam are required
• This position operates in a camera-on, video-first environment, and regular video participation is a condition of employment

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.

Pay range: $101,500 - $124,400 annually. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses.
