• Monitor key metrics and anomalies; escalate issues and communicate updates to stakeholders with defined SLAs.
• Own and maintain event taxonomy and tracking structure (events, properties, naming conventions); validate implementation and business logic alignment.
• Design and build robust, reusable SQL data models (clean layers, consistent definitions, performance-minded queries).
• Mentor Junior/Middle Analysts in SQL, validation, funnel/cohort analysis, and experimentation quality; provide regular feedback and guidance.
• Give and receive direct, actionable feedback with peers and the Leadership Team; maintain a high bar for quality in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Mathematics, Data Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with proven ownership of end-to-end analysis and stakeholder delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify trends, patterns, and root causes in large datasets.

• Advanced SQL.
• Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
