[Hiring] Senior Data Analyst @Parallels Inc

Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to help us change the way the world works. Here, you’ll be a key member of our Data Analytics team, where you will use your quantitative background to dive into large datasets to guide decision-making for the B2C Marketing team.

As a Senior Data Analyst you will:

• Build a comprehensive understanding of how customers move through our digital ecosystem—from initial visit to purchase and beyond.
• Analyze and mitigate customer churn effectively while also driving strategies for customer acquisition and optimize trial-to-conversion processes.
• Make data driven strategy recommendations in areas such as customer acquisition, customer activation and retention as well as media mix modeling, marketing attribution and experimentation.
• Deep dive into advanced analyses, providing robust models tied to business objectives and outcomes, and being able to derive meaningful conclusions from it.
• Ideate and implement unexplored analyses that can identify areas of opportunity that support business goals and evolve business strategy.
• Partner with business stakeholders and data engineering to define key metrics and build scalable, user-friendly dashboards that translate complex data into meaningful insights, drive adoption, and support strategic decision-making.
• Be able to work independently, identify dependencies to unblock projects, and craft courses of action to complete projects.
• Manage multiple complex projects in parallel tracks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, Revenue Analytics, Customer Analytics, Data Science, or related analytical field.
• Advanced database and data transformation skills with preferred experience in Snowflake and dbt.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, data governance, and data quality best practices.
• Strong expertise in data visualization, and dashboard development (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) with a proven ability to translate complex datasets into intuitive, actionable reporting for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in analyzing key customer pathways, surfacing friction points to identify where experimentation can improve flow and conversion.
• Proficiency in BigQuery, Google Analytics, advantages and limitations of GA4 event tracking and its effect on analytics.
