Role Description

CTG is seeking Senior Data Analysts to join our Analytics team. As an experienced member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our "data evolution" initiatives while mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with principal analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced analytics solutions using Databricks, SQL, and Tableau
• Lead complex data analysis projects and provide technical guidance to junior analysts
• Develop data models in collaboration with data engineers
• Implement and maintain sophisticated dashboards, reports, and self-service tools
• Establish and enforce data quality standards and validation procedures
• Contribute to the development of analytics best practices and coding standards
• Ensure proper documentation of data products within Alation and other governance tools
• Present advanced analytical findings to various levels of stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or related field
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Statistics, or similar)
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • SQL
  • Databricks
  • Tableau
  • R or Python
• Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis and data modeling
• Ability to work PST hours

Requirements

• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience with version control tools (Git) and Azure DevOps
• Project management experience
• Strong mentorship and team leadership abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in developing and implementing data governance practices

Salary Information

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
