Role Description

As a Senior Consultant at BlastX, you help solve the three problems every client brings to us, whatever their industry or size:

• Their team doesn't trust their data.
• Their digital experience is broken and they don't know where or why.
• They're paying for MarTech tools that aren't earning their keep.

Your strong command of marketing and data analytics tools allows you to rebuild that trust, pinpoint what's broken, and get the MarTech stack working effectively. In this client-facing position, you help organizations capture and analyze data, then translate those insights into actionable recommendations that move them toward their digital experience goals.

Senior Consultants possess a robust consultative mindset, a genuine commitment to delivering value to clients, and deep experience working with marketing technologies. They have strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a consultative mindset that lets them captivate an audience and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to make informed, data-driven decisions about their digital strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting experience with a track record of turning data into business value.
• Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Track record of influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated autonomy managing and delivering insights and solutions on independent projects.
• Extensive experience juggling multiple high-profile clients and projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of emerging industry trends.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, SQL, and/or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with CDPs such as Adobe RTCDP, Tealium Audience Stream, or Amperity.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.

Requirements

• Lead client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Engage stakeholders directly to assess current challenges.
• Facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions with clients.
• Apply advanced data analysis to extract insights.
• Contribute directly to implementing recommended solutions.
• Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and tracking mechanisms.
• Recommend ways to elevate usability and user experience.
• Analyze market trends and emerging technologies.
• Deliver training and support for clients' internal teams.
• Distill complex client requirements into clear project plans.
• Respond promptly to ad hoc client analytics requests.
• Recommend metrics and best practices for measuring campaigns.
• Proactively look for ways to improve client and internal processes.
