Role Description

This position is responsible for:

• Creating reports, insights, and analytics in support of the division.
• Creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs.
• Possibly providing consultation to users and leading cross-functional teams to address the division's issues.
• Producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
• Possibly performing research and assisting in analyzing data related to the division's strategic initiatives and broader research needs.
• Interfacing between the business and divisional data teams to generate tools for actionable analysis and reports.
• Working closely with customers to build relationships.
• Continuously gaining a deeper understanding of the division's data to meet business needs.
• Analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision makers.
• Identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action OR 9 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in support of information-related strategies.
• Experience solving complex problems; experience taking a new perspective using existing solutions.
• Knowledge of various software development processes, including SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools and technologies.
• Experience creating and conducting presentations to inform and influence.
• Experience in leading functional teams and projects.
• Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python, etc.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• PC proficiency with Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or mathematics (preferred).
• Master degree (preferred).
• Healthcare experience in business development, business analytics, or innovation management (preferred).
• This is a work from home position.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.

This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base Pay Range: $84,400.00 - $152,300.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
