Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Consultant to support reporting, analytics, data governance, and optimization initiatives.

• Provide operational support, optimization, and enablement for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) reporting and dashboards.
• Establish and maintain robust data governance to ensure reliable and trusted analytics.
• Define, validate, and operationalize requirements for new data sources being ingested into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Ensure data is properly modeled, governed, and available for CJA, activation, reporting, and measurement use cases.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
• Serve as the technical SME for Adobe CJA.
• Partner with architects to design scalable AEP-CJA solutions.
• Configure and optimize datasets, schemas, identities, and data views.
• Enable cross-channel customer journey analysis and reporting.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing Teams, Business Analysts, and Architects.
• Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Strong understanding of datasets, schemas, identities, data views, and data governance.
• Experience designing and supporting customer journey analytics solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
