[Hiring] Senior Analyst, Business Analytics @CVS Health

Role Description

This Senior Analyst position is a part of the Data Management team responsible primarily for maintaining item related master data in various systems (SAP, SPOMS, SPARCS, and SPRx) supporting Mail and Specialty pharmacy operations.

• Collaborates closely with internal business partners including Brand/Generic Contracting, Pharmacy Operations, and Pharmacy Procurement to validate and execute master data add/change requests.
• Responsible for executing daily, weekly, and monthly reports utilized to ensure purchase price accuracy, validate strategic system data, and support data cleansing routines.
• Supports capital projects and system enhancement efforts (e.g. data setup, test scenario documentation/execution, data migration/implementation).
• Performs basic ad hoc data analyses.
• Serves as a mentor to the team's Analysts and Associates and is the first point of contact regarding data validation rules and procedural questions.
• Acts as the department documentation steward, creating/maintaining work instruction and process flow documentation and facilitating related discussions.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. ability to use functions to write formulas, ability to write macros, etc.).
• Detail oriented, task driven, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• College degree or demonstrated work experience in line with requisite job responsibilities is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Sharepoint is preferred.
• Working knowledge of data querying tools such as MS Access is preferred.
• Working knowledge of VBA is preferred.
• A basic understanding of the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) business and pricing models is preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $102,000.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
