[Hiring] Quality Improvement Analyst @Centene Corporation

Role Description

Perform ongoing measurement, analysis, and monitoring of business process and member outcomes data sets.

• This is a remote position. Schedule will align with CST or EST.
• The ideal candidate will have experience developing/generating documents that clearly communicate data trends and recommendations, and Six Sigma White Belt certification (or willing to obtain it within 90 days of hire).
• Perform ongoing quantitative and statistical analysis of performance data to include HEDIS measures, service utilization and member/provider complaint trends.
• Develop HEDIS measures, service utilization and all quality report extraction specifications.
• Develop and update quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports including analysis and narrative for NCQA accreditation and Health Plan deliverables.
• Perform other performance and process improvement activities as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Social Work, Biostatistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of performance and statistical analysis or quality improvement experience.
• Experience in public sector managed care/managed behavioral health care preferred.
• Experience with standard statistics software preferred.
