Role Description

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for visualizing data insights.
Perform advanced data analysis using DAX formulas to derive meaningful insights and drive decision-making processes.
Create and optimize data models to ensure high performance in Power BI reporting.
Work closely with internal and external clients to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to gather and analyze data from different sources.
Ensure data quality and integrity by cleaning and processing data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain SharePoint sites for data storage, collaboration, and reporting.
Assist in the creation of automated workflows using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for efficient data processing and reporting.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI, DAX formulas, and data analytics.
Provide recommendations for improving data processes and reporting to enhance overall performance.
Identify opportunities to leverage data to optimize business processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge and experience with DAX formulas for complex data analysis in Power BI.
Proficiency in Power BI with at least 1.5 years of experience in developing and managing reports and dashboards.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for data management and collaboration.
Experience in data analytics, including data collection, cleaning, and processing from various sources.
High level of proficiency in English comprehension and strong communication skills to articulate complex data insights.
Proven ability to collaborate with clients and teams, providing clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Experience working in a client-facing role with high levels of engagement.
Ability to handle multiple data sources and deliver reports within tight deadlines.
Proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset.
