Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Lead and manage project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting timelines and resources as necessary.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver regular project reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and change requests.
- Support team members in resolving conflicts and ensuring a collaborative environment.
- Ensure the final product or service meets customer expectations and is delivered according to the agreed-upon specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in project management or relevant roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar credential is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Requirements
- Experience in medical industry project management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
