Role Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Technical Lead with a strong background in Oracle BI Applications (BI Apps) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle FDI solutions within highly customized enterprise environments, particularly focused on ERP Analytics for Finance and Procurement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Reporting solutions.
• Deep expertise in Oracle BI Applications (BI Apps).
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
• Proven experience working in heavily customized ERP environments.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • ERP Analytics
  • Financial Analytics
  • Procurement Analytics
  • Data Modeling
  • ETL/ELT Processes
  • Data Warehousing Concepts
• Experience integrating data from Oracle Fusion ERP and related enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) solutions.
• Architect and support enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.
• Design and manage data pipelines, transformations, and data models.
• Implement Finance and Procurement analytics solutions.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics architectures.
• Work with stakeholders to identify reporting and KPI requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for FDI implementations.
• Optimize performance and ensure data quality across reporting environments.
• Mentor development teams and support enterprise analytics strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Financials and Procurement modules.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Exposure to enterprise data governance and master data management initiatives.
• Previous leadership experience in large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
