Role Description

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and business-oriented Market Research Analyst to join our growing team and support U.S.-based organizations in the SaaS, Retail, eCommerce, Consumer Goods, Technology, and Digital Services industries. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze market size, competitive landscape, customer behavior, and emerging market opportunities.
• Design and execute market research projects, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and competitive analyses.
• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop customer segmentation models, buyer personas, and market opportunity assessments.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, product launches, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, pricing decisions, and expansion initiatives.
• Identify business risks, market gaps, and customer pain points through research and analytics.
• Utilize AI-powered research and analytics tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Market Research, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Market Research, Business Intelligence, Consumer Insights, or Competitive Intelligence.
• Experience supporting SaaS, Retail, eCommerce, Technology, Consumer Goods, or Digital Services industries.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to transform complex data into business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and market trend identification.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills using data.
• Professional English proficiency (B2+/C1 preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, multicultural environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Market Research or Market Intelligence.
• Experience in SaaS, Retail, eCommerce, or Technology industries.
• Experience conducting Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Consumer Insights.
• Strong knowledge of Market Trends and Customer Segmentation.
• Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience using research tools such as Statista, Similarweb, SEMrush, Google Trends, or SurveyMonkey.
• Ability to create executive reports and business recommendations.
• Professional English (B2+).
